Hello!

As you may have noticed the BackerKit is now live. Here you will find a form where we will ask for your shipping information.

If you know anyone who may be interested in the game, you can share the BackerKit with them. It is possible to purchase a copy here as a sort of late pledge to our campaign.

In the following weeks we will be focusing on the manufacturing process. We will also work on the translations that were unlocked as stretch goals.

We will share more updates in a few weeks when we approach the shipping phase!

Update on BackerKit and Print and Play

Hello!

We've been working hard on getting the BackerKit launched and the Print and Play files sent while also coordinating with our manufacturers for the big release.

Sending the Print and Play files is taking longer than expected because we realised we need to get the BackerKit approved before we can send you the files.

The BackerKit has been sent for approval, and it usually takes a couple of days to get reviewed. This means early next week you should receive the files and you will also be notified to come and check out the BackerKit, where you can specify your shipping address and browse our Add-ons.

Hi everyone, we are hard at work preparing everything we will be delivering to all of you.

First, here are the new illustrations for Supplementary Mages that were unlocked as a stretch goal:

Second, we are about to send the Print and Play files in English. You should receive a dropbox link with the files, which you can print at home in A4 or A3 sizes.

After that, we will submit the BackerKit and it should be approved shortly after. Here you will be able to get more Add-ons (including foil cards for your Shiny Edition) and update your shipping details.

Last, we are coordinating with our manufacturer to start printing the game within the next month! We will have more updates about this in the near future as we get closer to shipping.

Waking Shards has had an amazing Kickstarter campaign. We would like to thank you, our backers, for making this game possible.  

What's next? 

First, the Backerkit pledge manager will soon be available. Here you will be able to purchase add-ons, including the upgrade to foil cards for the Shiny Edition that was unlocked as a stretch goal. 

After that, in a few days time, Print and Play files will be sent and you will be able to start enjoying the game! 

We will also be working with our manufacturer and translators to deliver the games and the digital translations that were unlocked during the campaign.  

Some weeks from now you can expect to receive a Backerkit survey where we will ask for your shipping details. At this point you will also be able to pay the shipping costs based on your location.

Progress and Stretch Goals

Waking Shards has been doing great! We are already at 460% of our funding target. We've unlocked 4 goals, the last 2 being alternative illustrations for some of our supplementary cards and digital translations to Italian, Spanish, and Czech.

The next stretch goals will be even more digital translations (German and French) and then a very exciting option to upgrade your Shiny Edition to include foil cards. This has been requested by our backers and we have decided to have it as an Add-on for €1 if the stretch goal is unlocked.

We are very excited to see how the last week of the campaign will develop!
